Interesting expressions from Juan's Piece of news

Hi guys, hope you all are doing OK. I thought these expressions could well be useful for you all, so I wrote them down.

 -Judgement: An opinion / A decision made by a judge 

-Trial: Juicio 

-Jury: Jurado

-To take someone to court: Llevar a alguien a juicio 

-To stab someone to death: Apuñalar a alguien hasta matarlo 

-One of the men was found slumped in Union Street: Uno de los hombres fue hallado tirado (desplomado) en la calle Union 

-Both men went into cardiac arrest: Ambos entraron en parada cardiaca 

-First aid was given to the men: Los hombres recibieron primeros auxilios

-Both were pronounced dead at the scene: Ambos fueron pronunciados muertos (fallecidos) 

-The area was cordoned off: La escena fue acordonada 

-To stab someone in the back (IDIOM): Traicionar a alguien. Literalmente sería "apuñalar a alguien en la espalda"
